1) Instant Indian Style Coffee Method-

Here are two methods given to make tasty coffee. One is Instant Indian Style Coffee Method and Second is Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee. First we will share the Instant Coffee Recipe which is below-

How to make Coffee with milk Indian Style? | Indian Coffee
First Take a Tumbler, Add 2 tsp of Instant Coffee and 1–2 tsp of sugar. Then pour 1 tbsp Hot Water on it and start to beat it fast for 2-3 Minutes (Until it become frothy and light brown). Then take 1 Cup milk and boil it and pour on the beaten mixture of coffee. To make it More Delicious, Add a pinch of elaichi while boiling milk. OR Add ½ tsp cocoa powder before frothing. Your Super Delicious Instant Indian Style Coffee is ready, Taste it and Post a Good Comment 😊.
2) Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee-
The 2nd Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee Method to make the authentic and delicious coffee is a little difficult then Instant Coffee Method and take more time. So the recipe is below-

How to make Traditional South Indian Filter Coffee with Milk?
Let’s Get Started, To make authentic Indian-style filter coffee, begin by preparing the decoction — add about 2 tablespoons of coffee powder to the upper chamber of a South Indian coffee filter, pour ¼ cup of hot water over it, and cover it. Allow it to drip slowly into the lower chamber for 10–15 minutes without stirring; the liquid collected below is your strong, aromatic coffee decoction. Next, boil 1 cup of milk in a saucepan, add 1–2 teaspoons of sugar (or as per taste), and let it simmer for a minute to make it rich and creamy.
To assemble, pour about ¼ cup of decoction into a tumbler or glass, then add ¾ cup of the hot milk-sugar mix. Now comes the signature step — pour the coffee back and forth between two tumblers from a little height to create the iconic frothy layer on top; repeat this 3–4 times for that perfect texture. Finally, serve the coffee piping hot in a steel tumbler and davara (small bowl) for a truly traditional experience, or in a glass or cup if that’s what you have — the result should be creamy, aromatic, and unmistakably Indian in flavor.
